Mother property

My mother had 12 Acres of agricultural land (ancestrol property) and also she had 3 plots, which she purchased from the income of ancestrol property that is from agricultural land cultivating income. My mother is housewife and she not had other source of income.

But now she gave all 3 plots to her married daughters. And other agricultural land kept for herself. So can I get partition in whole property?

Since it is an ancestrol property, equal share will be applicable. File a suit for your share.
