Money lending problem

I took money from someone, on very high interest. Within 6 months i have given him the original amount +half of the original amount. He is forcing me to pay 60k more or he is filing a case on me. He says that he will be filing case and he has the phone recording proof. I cant afford to pay more money to him. What can be the complications of a case if filed by him? He is local and threatening me daily. Also as he is local, he has some control on administration too. Can someone help?

Hope you must have made all the payments through cheque or bank transfer. if you have done the so then you need not worry. further you have not mentioned about the payment receipts if any signed by him or not.
