Misuse of section 354

I am from Rajasthan. Used to live in paying guest in Delhi(due to job in MNC). Owner of paying guest lodged fake fir to extort money from me. Later I also came to know that she has setting with local police. She has following pattern of trapping people(Yes there are some others in same situation).

1)She post ads on rental sites(olx, quikr, etc) with beautiful pics of her P.G with low rates.

2)Next she targets single people outside Delhi with middle class background by showing them good room for low price. She takes one month security and advance rent.

3)After a month or so of stay. She shifts tenants to shabby room. And threaten to lodge an FIR if not obeyed.

4)Most tenants leave at this stage(leaving their security money behind)

5)Few who stay are slowly asked for miscellaneous charges like water bill, electricity bill, etc which are already included in rent at start of agreement.

6)These misc expenses are so high that it reaches upto 50,000 for single room(such a loot!!!)

7)Then tenants are asked to clear dues or go to jail for molesting her. Most tenants give whatever she asks and run away.

I was idealistic fool(which i considered bravery then) to refuse her tyranny.

She locked me in room, called 100,and torn her clothes.

Luckily IO got some mercy on me and heard my side of story and lodged a cross FIR against her.

Now after two years, my FIR is still not converted to charge-sheet(Yes she has strong bonding with local police) and I have to go to court on every date. For removing case she is asking huge sum of money which i can't pay.

What should I do?

Submit your grievance with F.I.R. number and see your case status through online. Browse www.delhipolice.nic.in. You can give complaint to the police commissioner for not yet charge sheeted.
