Plz solve query :- Marriage in 2013 December 2013 girl went to home,, come back after 4 months August 2014 girl again gone to her home with his brother, since than not back to her matrimonial home till now In October 2014 she filed a complaint against in-laws, for cruelties and dowry In-laws were called by women cell in December 2014,, boy stated he wants to take girl back but girl did not wanted to go back. Women cell officials close matter in January 2015 as in-laws did not go to women cell on next given date. Till now no action has been taken place by police officials,, girl has not taken any step,, women cell officials have not returned file to police station (as per their last record) Qus:: Now it has been going to 2 years of separation ,, what are remedy for boy in this case as per DV act and 498a regarding Desertion or limitation of DV Act No telephonic conversation,, no meeting between boy and girl Plz answers with law and judgments
