mediation is not working

Hi all, Currently my matter of 498a, 323, DP 3/4 is under mediation center process. As mediation is not resulting in any positive direction, I am worried that it may go to woman PS for investigation & arresting. Pls guide me how to go ahead, as I m working in Bangalore & case is in badaun(Up). High court stated that till 7th may arresting won't happen,afterwards it is upto IO from police. Should I surrender & approach IO for bail??

first option is for you to appear before court and surrender yourself and apply for bail.

secondly you can approach IO for bail.

Dear Nadeem sir, Last date for mediation is given as 30 May 2013. Till date, there is no positive indication of mediation. now please guide me should I wait for 30 may & surrender to IO afterwards. Also I have filled RCR for calling back wife as in FIR they hv mentioned that I m not ready to take her with me. Please guide me for RCR also.. With thanx....
