MCQ on arrest in forensicmedicine

Hello, I'm fresh medical graduate. I want to know answer of following question which was asked in our pg medical entrance. 1. Padmashree award winner sportsperson if arrested need sign document of -1st class magistrate -President of INDIA -I don't remember other 2 options   Anyone can provide answer with standard reference or strong explaination? Thx.

Your query is not complete. any way any person arrested shall be brought to the first class magistrate within 24 hours.

-MAGISTRATE

-POLICE

-PRESIDENT OF INDIA

-PM OF INDIA

-CAN'T ARREST
