Marriage without girl's parents consent

I am a 28 year old guy working abroad .My girl friend's age is 23 years.  The girl's parents are against our marriage. We tried to convince them many times, but did not work out. The girl wants to try hard for one last time to convince her parents. If they do not agree, she wants to leave her parents and we want to get married against the girl's parents will. Can anyone please suggest what is the best way to get married without facing any legal cases from her parents ? I just want to prevent their parents from registering cases against me or my family.  We did not want to get into trouble  from the police when me and my girl leaves the country as a result of her parents trying to register case against me. We are in the same caste...Please help

As the girl is 23 years old, ascertain that the girl is firmly with you and won't change her mind in the influence of her parents, then you won't face any problems from the police in respect of the marriage. As far as solomnizing marriage is concerned, you can marry under special marriage act at the office of marriage registrar or can marry with rites and rituals if your side is ready and subsequently register it.
