marriage in arya samaj

i was in relationship from past 8 years and we tried a lot to convince our parents for our marriage but father of my bf was strongly against to our marriage .So we did court marriage on july'09 but we decided to disclosed it after some time and my husband declared it on1 jan,10. after then his family mainly his father starts to do emotional blackmailing and make astrong grip on him.even now from past one and half month we do not meet and even he is not even picking my phone calls he used to make it switch off all the times.his family has refused to accept me and not even allow him to even talk with me .after marriage i have to survive like bachlours .I do not know what to do ? feeling very helpless.can u pls guide me how to save my marriage.his father is even ready to break this marriage and he is a very rich and powerful man.i want to know about my rights to proterct my marriage.

i have one confusion too.actually we both have done arya samaj marriage first then make it registered at court and one certificate is issued by tha authority.but in arya samaj certificate the photo of mine is pasted is without sindoor and mangalsutra bec we have given our passport size photograph.is it create any problem for me if i go for legal procedure.

i will be very greatful for ur reply

You have to put little bit force upon ur in laws else it is not possible. so tell us your detail location etc then we will guide you properly

Ans.No. it does not create any problem.

Ans. File a complaint against your husband & in-laws under D V Act.

Your marriage is duly proved and it has no bearing on this presumption whether the photo in arya samaj marriage were pasted without mangalsutar or teeka. These rituals are not mandatory in various societies.

Documents required for Performance & Registration of court Marriage...

1.Passport Size Photographs - four each of Marrying Persons.

2.Residential Proof (Voter Card / Passport / Ration Car / Driving License / Bank Passbook / Lease Deed / Rent Deed) of Marrying Persons.

3.Date of Birth Proof (Municipal Corporation Certificate, Xth or XIIth Examination Certificate, Passport, PAN Card) of Marrying Persons.

3.If any party is divorcee – Certified copy of Decree of Divorce granted by the Court.

4.If any party is widow / widower – Death Certificate of the dead spouse.

5.If any party is a Foreign Citizen or holding a foreign Passport or is having foreign residential address - Certificate of Present Marital Status of the party / No Impediment Certificate / NOC from concerned Embassy and Valid VISA.

6.Two Witnesses ( Both should be major )

Arya Samaj marriage is registered and records are maintained properly. If you want to create a civil war and murders then sleep with the father in law and run for life before you hear gunshots. Its an open shut case as father in law is desperate to get you to bed from as it appears from little bit of info given. Probably you are beautiful to very beautiful and/or desirable. Men especially buddhas are over desperate.
