My friend got married 5 months back. Her husband and in-laws have been harassing her from day one. Now her husband left her in Bangalore and escaped to his native (in Andhra pradesh) with all household items purchased by my friend & her ornaments . How can she legally proceed here? Please suggest

1. Ask her to first appoint a local advocate or search one from LCI database and file for RCR and under various provisions in RCR she can claim her properties all under nicecities of civil matrimonial litigation domains since it is only 4 months old marriage.
