Sir, im new to this forum seeking some help, i loved a girl who is 3years elder to me and we love each other, now the problem is with his father, her father wants her to marry some one els other than me, im not major yet to marry her and she loves me, she said she wont marry anyone els other than me to his father they are threatning her..is there anyway to stop this marriage, can she file a case against this?. please help me

the easiest way is to complain the local thana in writing that, her parents trying to fix a marriage against her will, and she is adult.

AS SHE IS MAJOR, SHE FILE A COMPLAINT IN THE LOCAL POLICE STATION & THE THE FORCED MARRIAGE WITH OTHER GUY CAN BE PREVENTED.

since the boy is a minor and of not of marriageable age,will a complaint from the girl sustainable before the law?
since marriage is also a contract,is it not required that either parties to be competent to enter a contract?
