Can any one please explain about this Irretrievable Breakdown of Marriage If the husband Applies for divorce
that he has to give his 50% share. what if one sell the property after filing the divorce and other maintance law.
What if the wife is also from rich family her father has lots of property but she has not claimed for share or not in
her name. Please give the difference of maintance law and Irretrievable. Thanks in advance. Or any other solution
