LW 1 not attending the case in 498A

Respected Experts, In 498 A case which is filed by my wife in the year 2011, Trial part began on Sep. 2015.... Since Jan 2016 till June 2016 though after 11 adjournments have been taken.. my wife as LW 1 not attending the court. Judge issued BW to LW1, then APP started saying that LW1 met with accident. Judge asked APP to submit doctor certificate.... but still 3 adjournments were went on... neither they are not submitting the doctor certificate nor still LW 1 is not attending court. What shall I do now as A1 of this case. Please Help me through your valuable suggestions
