Loan against property

Hi Experts,

I have a question regarding Loan Against property. One of my civil suit is pending in Tis hazari for eviction of Tenant. Tenant has agreed that he is a tenant. Now, the question is can I apply for a loan against property when the case is already pending in court.

Please provide brief suggestions.

if there is no interim order from the court related to stay from creating third party rights or encumbrances, then you may obtain loan on the said property.
