due to our poor tactics of politicians, and corrupted police official we cant improve this kind of issues in strict way. my opinion is that liquor prohibition is totally waive, changes in prohibition law does not effect the liquor mafias- beacause they provide monetary profits to top to bottom police official.

Dear Sir, with due respect to your views, let me know that would u like to see this prohibition abolished only bcoz it is not being implemented in a proper way ?

sir i appreciate your views but whether it is strictly implemented as per law ? what you think ? we loss our state revenue or not ? i m not favour of abolish of prohibition act.. liquor edict people gets liquor from anywhere in our gujarat. whether you stop them under this prohibition act.

Sir, i fully agree with your view that it is not being implemented in a way it should b but still i would not like its abolishion. For a simple example, if the society experiences rape every half minutes (or even in a lesser time) that would not mean that w should repeal the enactment governing the subject.
When u say the state is losing revenue, i agree. but its my own perception that government (if the law implemented well) can save lots of exps. that might have needed only to better the lives of Liquor affected.
However as far as implementation is concerned, your views are not different than those of mine.
Let me also appreciate you for discussing this issue in a productive way.

No: Liquor Prohibition should stay: Not because it is a good Laws, but on the contrary many helpless family specially the uneducated families are running their families by doing illegal business. Again if it is lifted it is the rich who are going to run the business as Liquor Barons by depriving these class of families.
