You want to issue legal notice to employee absconding from your firm? Just go to a Lawyer in your area along with service contract if any signed with such employee who us absconding now.

If the employee comes within the ambit of ID Act, issue him a notice (not Legal Notice) for joining his service. But if he is not covered under ID Act, then before you issue any Legal Notice, issue him show cause notice and if he violated certain terms & conditions of his appointment letter, you can resort to Legal Notice by practicing lawyer.
