Dear Lawyers and Advocates and members,
My father passed away w/o any will, one of our aunt has filed case on my fathers property. We are 2 sons and two daughters and mother , we all wish to make mother legal heir, what is the procedure ? Should percentage of property for each member be declared before making my mother a legal heir ? Daughters are demanding the percentage be fixed before any thing. How and what is the best course of cation PLEASE HELP

respected querist,
if your father had not made any will of his share or self acquired property then your mother and all daughters and sons wil equally inherit that property and you all have to reliquish your rights on property to transfer whole property title in the name of your mother .
