Legal action against defaulting builders in Mumbai High Court?

A J Construction, Mumbai is owned by criminal minded partners who treat judges as if they are their peons. They always go free by engaging senior counsels paying them hefty bribes who are very close to judges. They are involved in serious frauds, rape etc but never punished.

In the current issues involving a Senior Citizen Couple they have adopted arm twisting tactics in spite of Consent Terms & Two Contempt Petitions against them up held by the court.

But the judges didn't impose any costs because of the Senior Counsels.

Their is no respite from them.

In yet another attempt these criminals not only delayed possession of the Alternate Permanent Accomodation but have unilaterally reduced the carpet area of unit from 330 Sqft to 270 Sqft.

The couple is 77+ and exhausted financially due to prolonged litigation.

Now to protect their interest it's imperative to approach High Court but what should be the action: a) Another Contempt Petitions or Execution Petition?

Please help!

Thanks.

If the carpet area has not been allotted as per the orders of the High Court, I believe a contempt petition would be the best option. If you say that the orders are being influenced by senior counsel, you can also engage a senior counsel for the matter.

The posting is more of allegations than facts. In the absence of actionable facts, It is impossible to make any meaningful suggestion.

Sidhhi, you seem to be either a student or a new law graduate. Find and contact an experienced advocate in your locality.Don't take the risk of handling it yourself if latter is the case.

Thank you.
