I am a tenant in Pune. In May 2012, I shifted to the place where I am staying now. At that time, I did not make leave and license agreement with the owner. Now that I want it badly to apply for a passport, can anybody suggest me whether it is legal and possible to make the leave and license agreement which would show me to be staying from May 2012 and there onwards? The owner has no objections to oblige if there is a legal procedure.
