land registration

x,y are brothers they have 7 acres of land on 2001.x have 2 daughters,y have 2 sons.at have that time they divide land as 4 acres for x daughters and 3 acres for y sons.with stamp paper 100worth.but they do not get registered that land.now x daughters are asked 1 acre from 3 acres.then x daughters win this case or not.plse give a solution with section act of possible.

Daughters may win the case. If they prove The contents of unregistered agreement has to be proved before court through evidence and by paying proper stamp duty...and decree for specific performance of contract can be demanded by filing civil suit....it can be valid if proved before court
