Land recovery given to freedom fighter

Hi sir am jagadish from khammam, Query: my grand father has allotted 10 Acrs land in khammam in 1980's my grand father came to know that the land was occupied by some local village people and being used for forming in that case my grand father approached court for legal judgment and got favour judgement, but the issue is the local people who occupied the land were forcefully hand over the land from my grand father by fretening and for that my grand father has took some amount of Rs.eight thousand and hand over the land to those local village people. now my query here is does me or my father has any chance to fight for that land if there any chance please let me know.
