Land purchase from anglo indian

Dear Experts,

Can a general Cast people buy land from anglo indian in Orissa ? Is there any reservarion on land for anglo indian like ST/SC ? What is the cast of anglo indians ?

Sir, after googling I came to know that the Anglo indians ahve reservation in parliament only given by president.But,still I am not sure whether they have reservation on lands like ST/SC have.
