i am gokul from salem tamilnadu. four months ago my advocate sent a legal notice to my land lord about non repaying of deposit amount.land lord's advocate sent to me a counter noice to me . it is happend 4 months before. now i want to file a suit against the land lord.can i file suit now? and what is the time limit to file suit after getting counter notice?
