Hi,
Can anyone please guide me regarding Land Encroachment complaint procedures in Andhra Pradesh.
There is pond/Poramboke land and road been occupied by an powerful individual and no action has been taken by the tahsildar. In this respect please guide me as to how and whom to complain.

Probably to the local police first then upwards...
check up on your state land encroachment act.... For eg for TN these are :
Tamil Nadu Protection of Tanks and Eviction of Encroachment Act, 2007
Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905
