Hi,
I had payed an advance of 1.5 Lakhs for purchasing a land at Vandalur to Kelambakkam road, but after verifying the parent docs and came to know they are fake.
And immediately approached the concerned person to refund my money, he in-turn gave me a cheque for the same amount.
The cheque got returned and the concerned party is delaying for the past 1 year by not returning my money.
I have the Bill receipt for 1.5 lakhs and the returned cheque as proof.
Could you please advice me how to file case against him and get my refunded amount.
