Judgement delivered

Respect advocate

Greetings for the day

I would like to thank the advocate for all there support with there valueble guidance.

In civil suit the plaintiff failed a case against Us for declaration of sale deed and asked court declare null and void of defandent documents however judgement was delivered the suit was dismissed no relief was granted.

Now my question is will there be appeal or review petition what can we do further?

The plaintiff deliberately came into litigation. As his document is not valid and doesn't match with property (with our property)he is claiming for.

Any guidance to stop this tactics?

Appreciate all your help and support

Thank you

The aggrieved party has rights to prefer an appeal against the judgment hence you better file a caveat petition before the appellate court in advance.

Law and its procedures cannot prevent the unsuccessful plaintiff in pursuing further remedies as available to him. A caveat helps only in the Appellate Court in not giving an ex-parte stay. Also, it may involve substantial expenditure.
