Issue on inter-caste marriage parents born children community certificate

Respected Sir! I (sudharani arika) am belongs to ST community and my Husband belongs to BC-D, my son age is 10 years, as per Constitutional Act, and Supreme Court Orders, can i apply ST community certificate to my son in future of his Studies / Employment. If there is any possibilities, kindly mention Inter-caste marriage children caste certificates issues with G.O. Ms.No.s and Supreme Court Judgement/Orders.
