Indian law doesn't mandate a specific format or the use of stamp paper for a will or codicil.

a will or codicil written on plain paper is valid as long as it's signed by the testator (the person making the will) and witnessed by two competent individuals.

The will or codicil can be either handwritten or typed.

Yes, will written on plain paper is valid if it bears the signature of testator and two witnesses.

The Will on plain paper is valid subject to the fact that it should be signed by the testator with two witnesses.

It's fully valid and it must be signed by person making will in presence of 2 witnesses who also sign said will  at the same time.
