in a case where a woman has legally taken divorce from her first husband from the court of law and then married another man whereas she has a son from her first marriage, in such a situation will the son from her first marriage will be deemed to be the son of her second husband or the second husband will have to follow any legal procedure to declare that son as his own son (when he is not the biological father)
