Is PF and ESI applicable on STPI registered firms?

Hi:

I am working with a web development company. Total number of employee are 45.
And it is an STPI registered as well as 100% export oriented unit.
Is PF and ESI applicable on firms which are STPI registered?
Is PF and ESI applicable on firms which are 100% export oriented units?

Hi , Yes.asfar as i know PF is applicable for STPI registered compnay also since i am working in a STPI company. Regards, RajeshR

Hi Both PF and ESI Acts are applicable on an STPI/EOU units in tendem with non STPI/EOU units.

Hi, Totally 45 numbers of employee are working in you organisation so it is applicable.
