My wife gave two statement in one complaint she gave that they didn't ask any dowry and in second complaint she said that they demanded one one crore dowry.I got chargesheet under rti that different from which one police filled in rti.in chargeshhet police gave some councelling date that dates are before that she gave her first complaint date .Here I asked one question how should possible councelling before she gave complaints.based on those ,what is the result in quash in high court.Please give legal opinion.I also filled deflammatory case on them and I also filled case on police people also.what is the result in quash in high court
