Is it coparcenary property?

As per available revenue records, one Surjit Singh owned some agricultrual land since 1904-05. Prior to this no revenue record is available.

He died in somewhere 1960. Then the land was inherited by his four sons, five daughters and his widow.

So, as per revenue records, he constituted Hindu Undivided Family (HUF) with his heirs being Karta of the family.

Actually, the land was ancestral in the hands of Surjt Singh but we have no record available to prove that.

Now, my query is, that with the available revenue record, do we have sufficient basis to claim the property was hindu coparcenry at the hands of Surjit SIngh?

Yes it is a coparcenary property, because the revenue record will speak for itself, how the land revenue were paid during all these days after the death of surjit singh.
