Hi,
I have booked an apartment in Bangalore.
The landowners have entered into a joint development agreement with the builders. This document has the consent signatures of the landowners and their legal heirs.
The General Power of Attorney, signed on the same day does not have the consent signatures of the legal heirs.
The landowners have received this property as ancestral property according to a partition deed.
Is it necessary that the GPA should have the consent signatures of the legal heirs of the landowners?
In the future, can the GPA be revoked by the legal heirs?
Thanks,
Michael
