I have a question -
If on one occasaion a wife complains to police saying that the spouse has hit her and when police arrives immediately , coplainer says her spouse has not hit her and on another occasaion on another similar complain police finds out that there is not much wrong - does it amount to cruelty to husband.?
If yes will couple of such incidences be sufficient to prove cruelty in Divorce petition?
