Is apperence must in dvc judgement for family members

Dear Experts 

                          my question to all experts is 'IS IT MANDATORY TO ALL FAMILY MEMBERS TO ATTENED AT THE TIME OF JUDGEMENT IN DVC' case.A1 is main accused A2 to A6 are remaining family members.Reply me as soon as possible be my advocate is saying  family should attened. Judgment is on 1st OCT.

1. No.
2. There is no single approach in DV Act, 2005 on the date of Judgment if A1 is present along with pleader worth quoting is my view.
3. However before coming to this day an Exemption Application ought to have been filed for seeking daily appearance exemption for A2 - A6 except on days of cross / evidence stage and such exemptions are normally allowed under The Act, 2005 if A1 is assuring Court of his eventful presence on all dates being primary defendant Husband.

I agree to Mr Tajobs view .The end result in a DV case would most probably  be a protection order :).
