A company made a certain statement before an arbitrator, leading to an outcome favourable to it. Two years after the arbitration award, it emerged that the statement was false. Can I start proceedings under section 193 IPC? If so, what is the procedure?

you can challenge the arbitration award in the civil courts by stating the facts.

Thanks Mr Ramacharya, but my question was about criminal proceedings, not about civil proceedings.
