You may invest in a resort in Nepal if you are willing to invesment minimum NPR50 lacs (INR 32lacs) in total. Total investment is not necessary to be brought in right away but can take 6-12 months. You can register a company in Nepal with you cousin as a Joint Venture. Timline is approximately 2-3 months.
