Inspection of record of a court case(file) where one is a party

Does the complainant in a criminal case(under section 200 of Cr.PC) have the right to see his case file on a day when it is not listed before the court by approaching the clerk in back office of that district Court? Usually clerks in back office make all kinds of excuses to avoid such things, expect bribe to get it done but is there a law/rule/provision (especially in Rajsthan) under which such inspection cannot be denied to a party to the case by the clerk(or the office of the district court)

Quick Summary
As a party to a criminal case filed under Section 200 of the Cr.PC, you generally have the right to inspect your case file, even on days it's not listed before the court. While court clerks may sometimes obstruct access, legal provisions and court procedures exist to facilitate this. It's advisable to approach the Registry through your advocate, file a put up petition, and then submit a separate petition requesting permission to view and take notes from your file.

You need to approach the Registry through your advocate.

File a put up petition. Assuming your put up will be allowed, file a seperate petition praying for visiting your file and taking notes.
