Inheritance by a childless widow daughter-in-law

as both son and daughter are alive they get in 2:1 ratio
Nephew will get share only if class 1 heirs are not there.  In this case nephew wont get a share.
Daughter get 2/3rd share.

According to Al Furqan 4:12 if there is no child or grandchildren of the wife, wife gets 1/4th.

However I think you know that this settlement as I have explained above should be done after clearing off the debts of the deceased first, then the sharing of property should take place based on what is left after clearing of debts.  Also deduct funeral expenses of the deceased husband.
