Hello Sir,
I have been working with an IT firm in Pune for past 1 year. I have not signed any bond. My employer had applied for my H1B visa. That application has been approved. I just wanted to know that if I find better opportunity elsewhere, can I quit from the company after my visa stamping is done. Because I don't see any better future prospectus for my current employer in US. Insted, if I am getting to work in US through any new organization, can I transfer my H1B visa for them?. Are there any laws which restrict an employee to do so?
