sir, i am an engineering student, 3rd year.one of the member has been kept the theft case in civil matter against me and my dad and brother.we have registered the case for QUASH in highcourt of andhrapradesh. We did'nt received any notices or orders produced from the high court. Once the FIR is registerd to QUASH.Is there a chance to a local police to file a chargesheet in the court or not.. kindly please give the information sir.

as far as i know the charge sheet is compiled before the court hearing and since you've already been charged, most probably the record has been made. as to the progress of quash - just contact the high court for the update or jut look it up at the court protocols website
