Individual or ancestral property

Dear Sir,

i am second wife son of my father, My father got property share as partition deed from my grand father in 1984.

Please advice whether the property obtained from my grandfather is considered as ancestral property or individual property of my father.

Whether as second wife child i have rights in that property of my father.?
