In an ongoing property dispute, the will in question has the descripttion of property faulty, e.g. it mentions 'open verandahs and extra rooms' when there is no open verandah and the extra room mentioned does not exist! In this light, can the will be declared invalid? Please advise. Thanks.

सोनिया जी , जहाँ तक सवाल है प्रॉपर्टी डिस्क्रिप्शन का ,वसीयत में ये सब बातें होनी चाहिए और सही तरीके से विस्तारपूर्वक होनी चाहिए और अगर गलत बताई गयी हैं तो वो वसीयत संदेह के दरें में आ जाती है और संदेह के अधर पर अवेध करार हो सकती है !
