Is Order I Rule 10 (2) applicalble to writ petitions? Or is there a separate provision within high court rules (or elsewhere) that enables a court to implead a party in a writ petition.
Specifically, I need to know about the rules regarding the Delhi High Court.
As far as I can ascertain, applications under Order I Rule 10 (2) have been allowed in writ petitions by High Courts.
