Husband live in relationship with other married woman

Hi,

one of my friend who is already married and have kids is living with another married woman (both without giving divorce to spouse) are staying together in live in relation ship since 3 yrs. now some dispute has arise in between them and they want to get separate , can this lady put any case on myfriend. if so what are those, and how he can come out of this. he is still confused if he wants to go back to his first wife.. what should he do.. and what should be his first wifes call on this.

She can file rape case, she can file DV case and a host of other cases on him. And can also claim maintenance from him.

All three parties can decide how to proceed further with their life based on their desires and mutual understanding
Filing any legal cases will not help anybody in this situation. Only lawyers will make money and eventually parties will give up on the tarikh pe tarikh game.
If one of the parties goes under influence of some lawyer and files some cases, then everybody will run in courts for a few years. Eventually good sense of (1) will prevail after learning the hard way.
