Received notice of suspension pending further proceedings

Hello, One of my friend received suspension letter with subject mentioned in message title, Matter in letter : company has received report alleging serious misconduct in your part, in order to maintain discipline and ensure a fair and just enquiry it has been decided to suspend you from service with effect from date xyz to till further notice, This suspension is in accordance with terms of appointment of the company a detailed charge sheet will be provided to you in due course, Mentioned his permanent address and mentioned you will receive substance allowance as per the provision outlined in terms of appointment of the company, Already 8 days over no replay received from company and the allegation is personal phone pay transaction below 50 k with the accused and he is terminated from works already , company has linked this to kick back received form vendor is shared through accused, they took this in written by accused, My friend has explained this is purely a personal transactions narrowed from him in cash and returned it through phone pay after salary, even though he explained and given reason in writing, company has suspended him without giving charge sheet till, He don’t know what to do now , he is sitting helpless in home , Please suggest and support
