I need a format of a letter for HR retainership. Is it o.k. to authorize the HR retainer to sign appointments & other letters on behalf of the Company? would it be a valid appointment??can the person negotiate & sign contracts on behalf of the Co.

HR retainership authority to be given by the company in the for of resolution of the board of directors only.

And CS of the company through board also mention limits of HR. HR can appoint person and sign appointment letters on behalf of compnay but rest of work is to specially authorised.
