My next counselling date is 29 feb 2012 in CAW cell, Nanakpura.
But may be I ll not be attend it due to non availability in city at that time.Please suggest me How I can delay it to nex date.
1.) Should I inform the lady councellor by post?
a) what reason I should be mention in letter like-Genuine, or some other like health issue & misshapening in family.. etc
2.) How can I get the new date after fullfill of step 1

Its better to make a written application and request a date and take a receiving on the duplicate copy of the letter. Explain the reason for non appearence and take a subsequent date that would prevent any adverse impact.

Its not that difficult dear! I also did it when I was undergoing CAW process.
Just sent them a telegram followed by request letter mentioning the cause of non appearence & simultanoeusly asking for fresh date. I was given new date easily after 3 - 4 wks
