Respected sir,
Please provide the process if I want to send caveator application to others,
what are the proofs do i need to have,
how much do i need to deposit the amount as court fee,
At where do I need to file caveator application either Mandal court or District Court.
what are the benefits if i file caveator application to concerned court. Is it very helpful to me in future.

In the earlier post you said that your father has received a Caveat notice from an advocate on behalf of your uncle.
Now you say that you want to send caveator notice.
You are confusing.
Only if you have won the case in a court, and expect any appeal to be preferred by opposite party in higher court, then you have to file Caveat Application in the higher court. OTHERWISE YOU NEED FILE ANY CAVEAT APPLICATION.
Therefore, first come out with facts as to whether any court order has been passed by lower court?
