Please guide me as to which is the correct category for discussing co-operative housing society related issues ?. Is it Corporate Law or anything else.

cooperative societies act. every state has its own cooperative societies act. check with the name of your state. thus we have maharashtra cooperative societies act, kerala cooperative societies act etc. some of the newer states may still be using the acts of their mother state.
