How to obtain certified copy of divorce decree certificate?

Going by court standards in India, it should be available within 1 month from date of order, so ask your lawyer for applying decree copy ASAP.

You get printed application form from 3rd fl typist.   Fill it up and then take signature of the concerned Court Clerk on it about the approx no. of pages.   You have to affix Rs.5/- court fee stamp on it andthen submit it on the 4th fl in the left corner Copying Deptt.   you hv to pay charges of Rs.4/- per page.   You get the copy in one month.   But if you file urgent application   that is write urgent on the application n assign readon as to why the urgency.   and you hve to affix then Rs.10/-cf stamp on the application n pay Rs.8/- per page.   you get it within a week's time.   but if you want copy for passport name change etc , then apply for 5 decrees abd 2 judgements n accordingly pay for it.

very simple go to the court give an Application for certified copy or asked your lawyer, i think you must go to ask your lawyer to provide  the certified order copy.
